These Yoga Journeys are not for someone who wants to lie on the the beach or around the pool all day. These holidays are adventures with groups of like-minded people. Ideal for the solo traveller and also suitable for those who dont do Yoga as daily Yoga classes are each day for one hour at sunrise and sunset.. and then there is the rest of the day for exploring!
