      with all good wishes

  • Hi Linda, which trip do you recommend for 2 BWY teacher trainers, Rajasthan? will you be running this again next year? thanks Emma

    • Hi Emma
Thanks for your message. Well hmm…. they are all good! but I would say that. Seriously though, depends what you are looking for. If it is to learn more about India, each of the trips I run to India will give you a different flavour, depending on the area we are visiting. If it is to explore some places in India to find out more about religion, culture, way of life, scenery, history, geography, regional food, then again, each place will give you a different perspective. If it is to learn more about Yoga, then the North India Retreat in Bir, in April will give you lots of Yoga, some in depth practices as well as travel and lots of different experiences. On this particular trip we also see Tibetan culture both in McLeaod Ganj, home of the Dalai Lama and also in Bir, which is a Tibetan colony and here you will see amazing Tibetan Buddhist Monastries and you can partake in some of the ceremonies. Back in Delhi you will have a chance to visit many Hindu temples, so a pretty mixed range of experiences. You can see on my website details of the Yoga Retreat I ran this year. All I can say is, it was amazing. P.S and we saw the Dalai Lama, but I can never guarantee that on each trip!
