Laughter yoga is not about bending yourself into a funny shape! It will help you to find more fun in your life, be more playful and bring you a sense of wellbeing.

Laughing heartily and regularly can improve your general health  Your heart and lungs will benefit, as will your immune system, so fewer colds and flu. Laughing will lower your blood pressure and reduce cortisol-those stress hormones. It will improve breathing and increase endorphins, which are those great producers of natural pain relief.Laughing with others helps to make new friends and reduces social isolation.
